Günümüzde güvenlik konsepti yeniden ele alınmaya başlanmıştır. Ülke topraklarının savunulması ve ülkenin bekasının sağlanmasına yönelik askeri faaliyetlerin kapsamı genişletilmiştir. Bu kapsamda; mevcut askeri boyutun yanı sıra siyasi, ekonomik, sosyal ve teknolojik boyutlar önem kazanmıştır. Gelecekteki yeni güvenlik ortamı ülkelerin küresel terörizm ile mücadele etme, demokratikleşme ve ekonomik kalkınmalarını gerçekleştirmelerine bağlı olacaktır. Ülkeler bunları gerçekleştirdiği oranda dünyadaki barışın sürekliliği sağlanabilecektir. Elinizdeki bu kitap, uluslararası sistemde yeni güvenlik yapılanmasının nasıl değiştiğini NATO ve Avrupa Birliği örnekleri ile ele almakta ve yeni güvenlik yapılanmasını belirleyen faktörleri detaylı olarak incelemektedir. |
