Bu çalışma Ankara'da Cumhuriyet döneminde planlanan Yenişehir'in mekansal bağlamının günümüze gelinceye kadar üretilen, tüketilen ve yeniden üretilen anlamlarını deşifre etmektedir. Arsa ve imar siyaseti ve kapitalist sermayenin kent üzerindeki etkisi gibi nedenlerle yönetim erkinin strateji ve taktiklerinin gündelik yaşam pratiklerine etkisi ele alınmıştır. Yazılı kaynaklar, fotoğrafların ve haritaların analiz edilmesiyle, Cumhuriyet döneminden günümüze uzana tarihsel süreçte Yenişehir'de mekansal pratikler ve bunların mekanları dönüştürmesi makro ölçekte bulvar, düğüm noktaları ve yaya bölgeleri üzerinden okumalarla incelenmiştir. Mekansal pratiklerin geçirdiği dönüşümlere bağlı olarak üretilen, tüketilen ve yeniden üretilen kent mekanlarının, ''mekan'', ''yer'' ve ''yok-yer''e dönüşümü eleştirel bir yaklaşımla değerlendirilmiştir. |

In this study, until today produced, consumed and regenerated meannings of Yenişehir's spatial context which was planned in the Republic period in Ankara are decoded. Furthermore, this study discussed the strategies and tactics of management policies and their impacts on daily life practices in regard to zoning policies and capital effects on the city. By analizing the written resources, photographs and maps throughout history since the era of the Republic to extend present, spatial practices and being converted spaces by them have been analyzed by macro-scale readings on the boulevard, nodes and pedestrian zones. Depending on the transformation of spatial practices, produced, consumed and regenerated urban spaces transformation to ''space'', ''place'' and ''non-place'' was established with a critical approach. |
