Tek karbon atomu kalınlığında iki boyutlu bir malzeme olan grafen, üstün özelliklerinden dolayı, dokunmatik ekranlar, fotodetektörler, esnek elektronikler, güneş pilleri, süperkapasitörler, yüksek frekanslı transistörler gibi birçok teknolojik uygulamada dikkat çekmektedir.Ancak grafen ile bu teknolojilerde gelişme sağlanması, grafinin kontrollü üretilebilmesini gerektirmektedir.Bu bağlamda, grafen üretim yöntemleri arasında, kontrollü grafen sentezi için, bakır folyo alttaş üzerinde kimyasal buhardan çöktürme (KBÇ) yöntemi en çok umut vaat eden ve ekonomik olarak ölçeklendirilebilecek bir üretim yöntemi olarak öne çıkmaktadır.Bu yöntemin potansiyeli yüksek olmakla birlikte halen bu yöntem ile üretilen grafenin kalitesinin ve sürecin tekrarlanabilirliğinin arttırılmasına yönelik çalışmalar gerekmektedir. |
