“Hizmet Tasarımı” son on yıldan itibaren iş hizmetleri, iletişim, inşaat ve mühendislik, dağıtım, eğitim, çevre, finans, sağlık, turizm, eğlence, ulaşım olmak üzere tüm alanlarda oldukça güncel ve gelişmekte olan multi-disipliner bir yaklaşımdır (Shanker, 2008). Bu çalışmanın amacı soyut ve somut yönleriyle<br/>kapsamlı bir kavram olan hizmet tasarımının tasarım boyutunu ele almaktadır. Müzelerde sergileme tasarımı incelendiğinde mekânın cephesinden iç mekanına, basılı tasarım öğeleri, sergileme tasarımı, web tasarımı, hareketli görsel tasarımı, yönlendirme ve bilgilendirme tasarımı gibi tasarım kimliğini oluşturan hizmet tasarımı ile olan ilişkisi görülmektedir. Müzelerde sergileme tasarımı kimliği ziyaretçi tarafından algılanması gerektiği için de tasarımın her boyutu ile iş birliği<br/>içinde olan sergileme tasarımı kavramı hizmet tasarımı bağlamında ele alınmıştır.<br/>Bu bağlamda, çalışmanın birinci bölümünde hizmet tasarımının farklı disiplinlerden çeşitli metot ve araçları bir araya getiren disiplinler arası bir yaklaşım olduğu anlatılmıştır. İkinci bölümde, hizmet tasarımı müze ilişkisi kurularak müze ve müzeciliğin zamanla gösterdiği değişimler ele alınmış ve müzelerin sergileme işlevlerinden sergileme tasarımının bütüncül ilişkisi konum, cephe, logo tasarımı, afiş, broşür, müze rehberi, katalog tasarımları, yönlendirme ve bilgilendirme tasarımı, mekânsal, fotografik, illüstratif, tipografik ve dijital uygulamalar olarak<br/>ayrı başlıklar altında ele alınmıştır.<br/>Bu araştırmada tasarım yüksek lisansı disiplinler arası bakış açısıyla hizmet tasarımının müzelerdeki segileme tasarımı kimliği bütüncül bir yaklaşım ile ele alınmıştır. Hizmet tasarımı bütüncül yaklaşımı Ankara PTT Pul Müzesi ve ERİMTAN Arkeoloji ve Sanat Müzesi örneklemleri hizmet tasarımı, müzelerin sergileme yaklaşımı, müze sergileme tasarımı kimliği bağlamları üzerinden hizmet tasarımının ve sergileme tasarımının fiziksel içeriği bağlamında alt bileşenleri karşılaştırmalı olarak irdelenecektir. |

“Service Design” is a developing multi-disciplinary approach on every domain such as professional services, communication, construction and engineering, distribution, education, environment, finance, health, tourism, entertainment transportation (Shanker, 2008). The goal of the present study is to discuss the physical dimension of service design which is a holistic (tangible and intangible) and extensive notion and its relation to design. When we analyze the exhibition design,<br/>we can see the relation of the facade, the interior, brochure design, exhibition units, web design, sound design, orientation, information etc. to service design. As the exhibition design of museums should directly completed and detected with any size<br/>of design by the visitor.<br/>Within this context, in the first part of the study, it is explained that service design is an approach bringing together various methods and tools from different disciplines. In the second part, by establishing the relationship between service design and museums, the evolution of museology is tackled, along with the integrated relation of the exhibition functions of museums with exhibition design within these different topics: location, façade, logo design, poster, museum guide, orientation and information design, spatial, photographical, typographical and digital applications.<br/>In this investigation, the physical aspect of service design is tackled with holistic approach. Service design’s holistic approach will be analyzed comparatively through the contexts of Ankara PTT Stamp Museum and Erimtan Archeology and Art Museum’s service design, exhibition approach, integrated and service relationship and physical content of exhibition design. |
