Bu tez çalışmasında, kullanıcıların kendi hafızalarını ve baz istasyonlarını kullanarak, istedikleri dosyalara ulaşabilmeleri için gereken süre hesaplanmak istenmiştir. Tezin ilk kısmında, daha önce yapılan çalışmalar incelenmiştir ve birbirleri arasındaki farkları, benzerlikleri ve iki seviyeli mimari için gecikme analizi yapılması için eklenmesi gereken eksikleri tespit edilmiştir. Kullanıcıların hem kendi hafızasını hem de baz istasyonunun hafızasını kullandığı durum için gecikme analizi yapılmadığı tespit edilmiş. Tezin devamında ise, uzamsal yaklaşım yöntemini kullanarak baz istasyonları için gecikme analizi yapılmıştır. Daha sonrasında ise sistemin kapsamı genişletilmiştir. İki seviyeli mimari oluşturulmuştur. Kullanıcıların hem kendi hafızasını hem de baz istasyonunun hafızasını kullandığı durum için gecikme analizi yapılmıştır. Baz istasyonlarının kullanıcı hafızaları ile birlikte kullanılması verimliliği oldukça arttırmıştır. Bu gecikme süresini en aza indirmek için akıllı önbellekleme tekniği bulunmuştur. Kullanıcıların isteklerine göre en uygun önbellekleme yöntemini optimizasyon ile tespit etmektedir. Hesaplamalar sonucunda gecikme süresi olarak bir alt sınır belirlenmiştir ve bu alt sınır değeri kullanılarak gerçekçi bir gecikme süresi bulunmuştur. Sadece kullanıcıların hafızasının ya da sadece baz istasyonlarının kullanıldığı durumlara göre iki seviyeli yapı oldukça verimli çalışmaktadır. |

In this thesis, it is aimed to calculate the time required for users to access their files by using their own cache and base stations. In the first part of the thesis, the previous studies are examined and the differences, similarities and shortcomings of the two level architecture are determined. It is determined that there is no delay analysis for the situation where users use both their own cache and the cache of the base station. In the continuation of the thesis, delay analysis is performed for the base stations in the spatial domain. Then, the scope of the system is expanded. A two-level architecture is created. Delay analysis is performed for the users where they use both their own cache and the base station caches. The use of base stations along with other users has increased the efficiency considerably.An intelligent caching technique is found to minimize latency. The optimization framework determines the most suitable cache placement according to the users' requests. As a result of the calculations, a lower limit was determined as the latency and a realistic latency is found by using the lower bound. The two layer architecture is superior compared to using only device caches or only base station caches. |
