Klasik Türk Edebiyatını, bütün yönleriyle anlamak ve değerlendirmek, eski tarihi mizi tanımak ve incelemekle mümkün olabilir. Ayrıca her milletin kendi düşünce ve duy gularına uygun şiir tarzı ve edebî özellikleri vardır. Anadolu'dan Rumeli'ye geçmeden ön ce Batı türkçesi gelişmiştir. Rumeli'ye geçtikten sonra sağlam temellere d8ayanan bu ede biyat ve kültür, XTV. Yüzyıldan başlayarak XV., XVI. ve XVII. Yüzyıllarda zirvesine ula şır. Balkanlarda XIV. Yüzyıldan itibaren Türk kültürü yayılmaya başlar. Bu sırada ilim merkezleri olan Selanik, Vardar- Yenicesi, Prizren ve Üsküp'te Türk edebiyatında isim yapmış önemli şairler yetişir. Tezimizin konusu "Üsküp'lü Divan şairleri"dir. Bu çalışmamızda, Üsküp'ün Tarihî, Sosyo-Kültürel yapısı, Üsküp'ün Osmanlı idaresindeki yeri, Coğrafi özellikleri ve Osman lı kültür eserleri üzerinde durduk. Tezimizin esasına meydana getiren ise, Üsküp'lü Divan şairleridir. Bu şairlerin eski kaynaklardaki hayatları hakkında bilgi vermeye ve yazmış ol duktan şiirlerini toplamaya çalıştık. Bu edebiyatta Üsküp'te yetişen şairlerin sayısı kırka yakındır, ancak diğer bölgelerden olan şairleri incelemiş olursak, bu sayıda daha da yük seklere çıkar. Çalışmamızda biz sadece Üsküp şairlerine ve bölgede hizmet edenlere yer verdik. Şairlerin dışında Üsküp'ün Osmanlı devletindeki yerini ve önemini, önemli ilim merkezlerinden biri olduğunu ve uç-beylerin yönetim noktası olduğunu çalışmamızda ele aldık. Osmanlı devletinin diğer yörelerinden gelip Üsküp'te görev alan, kadılar, müftüler ve bilginler, ömrünün son kısmını burada geçirip ilime katkıda bulunan ulemalara yer ver dik. |

It is possible to anderstend classical Tiirkich literature to know and examine our old history. Every natioin has poem and literature specialites. Before passing from Anatolia to "Rumeli, Western Tiirkich improves. To stent from XTV century XV, XVI and XVII. it riches to the top. At XTV century in Balkan Turkich culture stents to speread. At that time three are a lof of important poets. Grow up in sciens center such as Selanik, Yenice Vardar, Prizren and Skopye Our thesis subject is skopyans poets. In this thesis eve exemine the skopyeis history political importence in ottomans im- peria, geoqrophical specialites and Ottomans cultural arhitecture. The main point of our thesis is skopyeis poets. We try to collect some information obout the poets life from alo- lest sources. The number of the poets who grown up in Skopye is nealy foruty. If we emi ne the other countryes the nemloen can be higher. İn aur thesis we only explein and exemine Skopyeis poet and the poeple who wiork in that country. Except of these poets we examine the sopyeis in importance in ottomans quverment. We wnofe the scientist, muftis loyars, who come from the other contries and work in sopye and also we wnofe the learned man wino passed the back of their life and contri bute to science. Except of thesse poets we examine the Üsküps importance in Osmanlı goverment.
