Bu çalışmada, Türkiye'nin doğal gaz sektöründe nasıl bir yönetişim olduğu açıklanmıştır. Türkiye'nin, İktisadi İşbirliği ve Kalkınma Teşkilatı (OECD) ülkeleri içerisinde Covid-19 salgını öncesi 10 yıllık dönemde enerji talep artışının en hızlı gerçekleştiği ülke olması nedeniyle Türkiye örneği çalışılmıştır. Araştırma sorusu, merkantilist, liberal ve hibrit yönetişime dair üç farklı yaklaşım çerçevesinde değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışmanın sonuçlarına göre Türkiye'de doğal gaz sektöründe hibrit bir yönetişim modelinin olduğu açıklanmıştır. |

This study explains how Turkey's natural gas sector is governed. Turkey has the highest energy demand growth rate among Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) countries in the last 10 years before the Covid-19 pandemic. The resarch question is analyzed according to mercantalist, liberal and hybrid governance approaches in the literature. The findings of the study suggests that Turkey has a hybrid governance mechanism in its natural gas sector.<br/> |
