Edebiyat eleştirisi, Tanzimat Dönemi'yle birlikte Türk edebiyatına giren bir tür olarak edebî faaliyetlerin değişim ve gelişimini besleyen bir alan olmuştur. 19 ve 20. yüzyılda çıkan edebiyat dergileri, edebiyat dünyasının canlılığını yansıtan panoramik bir görüntü sunmaktadır. Dolayısıyla edebî yönelişlerin en uygun şekilde takip edebileceği ortam edebiyat dergileridir ve edebiyat dünyasının gelişiminde eleştirinin etkisi çok önemlidir. 1928-1940 yılları arasında çıkarılan edebiyat dergileri üzerinden inceleme yapılmasının sebebi ise 1928 yılında Harf İnkılabı'nın gerçekleştirilmesi ve 1940 yılına kadar çok hareketli toplumsal ve edebî hayatın varlığının eleştiri türüne de yansımış olmasıdır. 1940 yılıyla incelemenin sonlandırılmasının sebebi ise İkinci Dünya Savaşı'nın toplumsal, ekonomik etkisinin yanında edebiyatta büyük kırılmaların başlangıcı oluşudur. Bu çalışma kapsamında 1928-1940 yılları arasında çıkarılan başlıca edebiyat dergileri üzerinden roman, şiir, tercüme ve eleştiri türleri üzerine yapılan tenkit içerikli yazılar incelenmektedir. Ayrıca bu çalışmada münekkitlerin üzerinde tartışmaya değer gördükleri bazı yazar ve şairler hakkındaki düşünceleri değerlendirildikten sonra münekkitlerin ve dönemin tenkit üslubu üzerinde durulmaktadır. Bu çalışmayla Cumhuriyet Dönemi'nin edebiyat sahasındaki yansımaları ve edebiyat eleştirisinin gelişimi ile özellikleri hakkında genel bir değerlendirme yapılmaya çalışılmaktadır. |

Literary criticism, as a genre that entered Turkish Literature with the Tanzimat Literature, has been a field that nurtures the change and development of the literary universe. Literary magazines published in the 19th and 20th centuries offer panoramic views reflecting the vitality of the literary world. Therefore, literary journals are the medium that can best follow the evolution of literary genres, and literary criticism has a great influence on the development of literary life. The reason for examining the literary magazines published between 1928-1940 is that the Alphabet Revolution took place in 1928 and the existence of a very active social and literary life until 1940 was reflected in the type of criticism. The reason for the end of the study in 1940 is the social and economic impact of the Second World War, as well as the beginning of major breaks in literature. Within the scope of this study, critical articles on novel, poetry, translation and criticism types will be examined through 51 journals published between 1928-1940. In addition, after evaluating the opinions of the critics about some writers and poets that they consider worthy of discussion, the criticism style of the critics and the period will be emphasized. Thanks to this study, it will be tried to determine the reflections of the active Republican Period in the field of literature and how the efforts to establish Turkish Literature around the literature shed light on the next generation. |
