Bu tez kapsamında muhasebe ve finansal göstergelerin piyasa değeri ile ilişkisi incelenmektedir. Globalleşme ile ekonomik sınırlar ortadan kalkmış ve finansal piyasalar da büyümeyi güçlendirmiştir. Son yıllarda dünya merkez bankalarının da uyguladığı genişletici para politikaları küçük yatırımcıların sayısında önemli artışlara neden olmuştur. Finansal piyasaların etkin olması, genişletici para politikaları ile beraber küçük yatırımcılar da finansal piyasalardaki payını arttırmıştır. Yatırımların temelini de yatırım yapılan varlığın değeri ve değerinde oluşması beklenen artış belirlemektedir. Yatırım kararı sürecinde şirketlerin finansal verileri karar alım sürecini etkileyen unsurlardan bir tanesidir. Bu çalışmada da değer ve fiyat kavramı ve değerleme sürecinin dinamiklerinden bahsedilmiştir. Şirketlerin fiyatlarını etkileyen faktörler olarak şirket değerleme yöntemlerinde kullanılan çarpanlar seçilmiş ve faktör analizi ile faktörler indirgenmiştir. Faktör analizi sonucunda Fiyat/Özkaynak, Firma Değeri/Satışlar ve BIST imalat sektörü getirisi panel veri analizi ile incelenmiştir. BIST imalat sektörü 2017 Q4 ve 2022 Q3 dönem verileri çarpanları ile hisse senedi getirisi arasındaki ilişki Rassal (tesadüfi) etkiler modeli ile incelendiğinde model anlamlı çıkmıştır. Modelin açıklama oranı %17,27; Fiyat / Özkaynak çarpanı ve sektör getirisinin anlamlı olduğu ancak Firma Değeri / Satışlar çarpanının anlamlı bir etkisi olmadığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. |

Within the scope of this thesis, the relationship between the accounting and financial ratios and the market value is examined. With globalization, economic borders have disappeared and financial markets have also strengthened growth. Expansionary monetary policies implemented by world central banks in recent years have led to significant increases in the number of small investors. The efficiency of financial markets and the expansionary monetary policies have increased the share of small investors in financial markets. The basis of investments is determined by the value of the invested asset and the expected return. In the investment decision process, the financial data of companies is one of the factors that affect the decision-making process. In this study, the concept of value and price and the dynamics of the valuation process are mentioned. The multipliers used in company valuation methods were chosen as the factors affecting the prices of the companies and the factors were reduced by factor analysis. As a result of factor analysis, Price/Equity, Firm Value/Sales and BIST manufacturing sector return were analyzed with panel data analysis. When the relationship between the BIST manufacturing sector 2017 Q4 and 2022 Q3 period data multipliers and the stock return is analyzed with the random effects model, the model is statistically significant. The disclosure rate of the model was 17.27%; It was concluded that the Price / Equity multiplier and the industry return were significant, but the Firm Value / Sales multiplier did not have a is statistically significant effect. |
