Limanlar, ülkelerin kalkınmaları ve küresel tedarik zinciri için büyük öneme sahiptir. Dünya ticareti'nin %80'inden fazlası deniz yoluyla gerçekleştiğinden liman verimliliği ülkelerin ekonomisini doğrudan etkilemektedir. Liman özelleştirmeleriyle liman yatırımları arttırılarak denizcilik sektörüne katkı sağlamak amaçlanmaktadır. Bu çalışmada limanların operasyonel verimliliği ile finansal verimliliği hesaplanarak limanlar verimlilik skorlarına göre sıralanmıştır. Böylece hem operasyonel hem de finansal açıdan en verimli olan limanlar ortaya çıkmıştır. Objektif ağırlıklandırma yöntemleri kullanılarak EATWOS yöntemi ile operasyonel verimlilik analizi ve finansal verimlilik analizi yapılmıştır. İki verimlilik analizinin sonuçları arasındaki korelasyon hesaplanmış ve limanların operasyonel verimliliği ile finansal verimliliği arasında anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmadığı tespit edilmiştir. |

Ports are of great importance for the development of countries and the global supply chain. Since more than 80% of world trade occurs by sea, port efficiency directly affects the economy of countries. It is aimed to contribute to the maritime sector by increasing port investments through port privatizations. In this study, the operational efficiency and financial efficiency of the ports were calculated and the ports were ranked according to their efficiency scores. Thus, the most efficient ports both operationally and financially were determined. Operational efficiency analysis and financial efficiency analysis were conducted with the EATWOS method using objective weighting methods. The correlation between the results of the two efficiency analyzes was calculated and it was determined that there was no significant relationship between the operational efficiency and financial efficiency of the ports. |
