İnsanlık tarihinin yaşadığı son yüzyıl, dijital çağ olarak adlandırılmakta ve bu çağda dijital araçlar, insan yaşamıyla iç içe konumlanmaktadır. Bilgisayar, akıllı telefon, tablet gibi dijital araç ve hizmetler, dijitalleşmede kilit rol oynamakta ve dijital kültür sürecini oluşturmaktadır. Dünya genelinde artan dijital kullanımları, yaşamımızın birçok alanında hayatı kolaylaştırırken, sağlık ve çevreye de zarar vermektedir. Bu araştırmada öncelikle dijital kullanımların sürdürülebilirlik bağlamında çevreye ve sağlığımıza olan zararları incelenmiştir. Ayrıca araştırma ile bir proje önerisi geliştirilmiştir. Bu projeye temel oluşturan araştırmanın amacı, dijital kullanımı sonrasında oluşan dijital karbon ayak izlerinin sürdürülebilirlik çerçevesinde çevreye verdiği zararın azaltılmasına ve dijital araçların kullanım sürecinde ortaya çıkabilecek olası sağlık sorunlarının çözümlenmesine katkı yapıcı öneriler sunmaktır. |

The last century of human history is called the digital age and in this age, digital tools are intertwined with human life. Digital tools and services such as computers, smartphones and tablets play a key role in digitalization and constitute the digital culture process. While the increasing use of digital devices around the world makes life easier in many areas of our lives, it also harms health and the environment. In this research, first of all, the damages of digital uses to our health and the environment in the context of sustainability are examined. In addition, a project proposal was developed with the research. The aim of the research that forms the basis of this project is to provide constructive suggestions to reduce the environmental damage caused by digital carbon footprints that occur after digital use within the framework of sustainability and to solve possible health problems that may arise during the use of digital tools. |
