Al Kooper is credited with playing electric guitar and celesta as well as co-production on this album, and apparently wanted a separate fee rather than just a payment for "doubling up" Bob [Dylan] names a companion as "Roosevelt Gook" during a phone-in on the Bob Fass Show, WBAI radio, New York, 26 Jan 1966, and Clinton Heylin says this was definitely Al Kooper)
