The evaluation provides findings, conclusions and recommendations relating to UNDP's mandate, operational efficiency, resource capacity and comparative advantage in a competitive aid environment. In particular it considers the UNDP role within integrated UN peacekeeping operations and the relationships and partnerships under such circumstances.
