Öğrenci ve öğretmen bağlamında senaryolar oluşturulmuş ve bu senaryolar doğrultusunda öğrenci ve öğretmen ilişkisi içerisinde olumlu ve olumsuz olarak adlandıracağımız durumlarda birlikte değer yaratma sürecinin nasıl etkilendiği incelenmiştir.  In this thesis, third parties who will be added to the student-teacher relationship are included in the study. Scenarios were created in the context of students and teachers, and in line with these scenarios, it was examined how the process of creating value together was affected in situations that we can call positive and negative in the relationship between student and teacher.
