Bu çalışmada Zübeyde Fıtnat Hanım'ın hayatı, edebî kişiliği ve divanının tenkitli metni ortaya konulmuştur. Fıtnat Hanım 18.yüzyılda yaşamıştır. Yerli ve yabancı bütün edebiyat eleştirmenleri tarafından Osmanlı dönemi kadın şairlerinin en başarılısı olarak kabul edilir. Bu çalışmada hayatı, sanatı ve eserleri değerlendirildi. Divanından başka birde mektubu bulunmaktadır. Dikkatlerden kaçan bu mektup çeviriyazılı metniyle birlikte ilk defa bu çalışmada ortaya konulmuştur. Bütün Osmanlı dönemi şairleriyle karşılaştırılınca Fıtnat Hanım'ın orta seviyede bir divan şairi olduğu görülür. Divanının toplam 31 yazma nüshası mevcuttur. Bütün yazma nüshalar gözden geçirilmiştir. Bunun sonucunda Fıînat Hanım Divanı'nın tenkitli metni kurulmuştur. Ayrıca Fıtnat Hanım'ın hayatı ve edebî kişiliği incelenmiştir. "Zübeyde Fıtnat Hanım'ın Hayatı, Edebî Kişiliği ve Divanı'nın Tenkitli Metni " konulu bu tezle birlikte Fıtnat Hanım hakkında en geniş araştırma yapılmıştır.

In this study the life of Zübeyde Fıtnat Hanım, her literary character and the criticized text of her diwan has been put forward. Fıtnat Hanım had lived in the 18th century. She is accepted as the most successful woman poetess of Ottoman period by all of the native and foreign literature critics. In this study her life, art and works are examined. Except from her diwan, she also has a letter. This letter which has not attracted attention has been put forward for the first time in this study with its transcription text. When compared to all of the Ottoman period poets, it is seen that Fıtnat Hanım is a medium level diwan poetess. There are totally 31 manuscript copies. All of the manuscript copies have been revised. As a result of this the criticized text of the Fıtnat Hanım's Diwan has been constituted. Furthermore the life of Fıtnat Hanım and her literary characters has been examined. With this thesis the subject of which is 'The Life of Zübeyde Hanım, Her Literary Character and The Criticized Text of Her Diwan" the most detailed research about Zübeyde Fıtnat Hanım has been made.
