Dr. Dietbert Gütter is lecturer emeritus at Dresden Technical University (TU Dresden) and at the Saxon University of Cooperative Education – State Study Academy of Saxony in Dresden (BA Dresden). His “alma mater” is TU Dresden with his doctorate in 1974. He worked at the Chair of Computer Networks at TU Dresden for over 40 years as a researcher and continues to teach at BA Dresden and various Saxon educational institutions. .
