Summary: Serebral Palsi beynin henüz gelişimini tamamlamamış olduğu dönemde oluşur. Summary: Cerebral Palsy occurs when the brain has not yet completed its development. This disease develops in the form of motor control and posture disorder that occurs as a result of an unclear diagnosis that develops during birth or the first three years. This disease couses metabolic disorders and muscle problems (Altındağ, Soran & Akcan, 2009). The main problems of patients with cerebral palsy; motor abilities, hand-eye coordination, and effect-response balances are limited. It is very important to provide conditions that stimulate and improve their muscular and nervous systems in an environment where children who struggle with this disease feel safe. During the treatment of these patients, their psychology is affected of any concrete or abstract perceptions stimulated by multiple senses which carry importance on their recovery. Such as; voices heard in the healing process and/or visual impressions all play an important role during the healing process. In this context, sensory design can be transformed into elements that support the healing process of spatial perception, environmental stimulation and spatial experiences in physical therapy centers through elements that make up the physical treatment process such as light, color and texture. The point of departure the study has developed from this perspective and its aimed to develop an interdisciplinary point of view in the context of sensory design criteria in the physical therapy and improvement in the treatment spaces of Serebrel Palsy treatment. In this context, in the first part, information about the purpose, cases and hypotheses of the study is made. In the second part; In the context of space perception, space-human relationship, evidence-based design criteria and effects of remedial design in hospitals, physiotherapy and rehabilitation centers are examined. In the third part, the definition of cerebral palsy disease and its relation with sensory design, the effects of design senses perceived by multisenses such as the color, texture, light and sound that make up the space are discussed. In order to investigate the location of emotion design, the results of the survey and interview results were made according to 48 physical therapists and healthcare professionals in the cerebral palsy physical therapy centers. On the fourth part, the datas obtained from the survey and interview will be analyzed and interpreted. As a result of the study, it is aimed to provide an accumulation of knowledge about the positive effects of sensory design on the perception of space of patients with cerebral palsy in the formation of physiotherapy and rehabilitation centers, and to evaluate the design of the healing space in patient treatments.
