520			_aGünümüzde blok zincirine bağlı teknolojik gelişmeler gün geçtikçe önem kazanmaktadır. Bu gelişmelerle birlikte Non-Fungible Token (NFT)'lar popülerliğini artırmıştır. NFT pazarındaki en yüksek satış hacmine sahip NFT koleksiyonları projelendirilirken ekseriyetle 5 bin ile 200 bin adet parça olarak üretilmekte olup, girişimciler; projelerine ihtiyaç duydukları kaynağı söz konusu parçaların satışından elde etmektedir. Öte yandan; ilk örnekleri 17. ve 18. yüzyılda olmak üzere kitle fonlaması günümüzde milyonlarca start-up ve projeye kaynak sağlayan alternatif bir finansman yöntemi olmuştur. Benzer şekilde kitlesel olarak fonlanan NFT koleksiyonlarının bu yönüyle kitle fonlamasına yakınsadığı düşünülmekte olup, NFT'ler ve kitle fonlamasına ilişkin herhangi bir akademik çalışmanın olmaması, işbu tezin; konuya ilişkin yapılacak ileri araştırmalara ve ihtiyaç doğrultusunda yapılacak kanuni düzenlemelere ışık tutacağı düşünülmektedir. Tezin ikinci bölümünde NFT'lerin teknolojik altyapısını oluşturan blok zinciri ve kripto paralar genel bir çerçevede incelenecektir. Üçüncü bölümde; NFT'ler ve türleri detaylı olarak ele alınacak, dördüncü bölümde ise; kitle fonlamasına ilişkin kavramlara ve düzenlemelere yer verilecektir. Tezin son bölümünde kitle fonlaması türleri ile NFT türleri kıyaslanarak benzeşen/yakınsayan türler mercek altına alınarak analiz edilecek ve mevcut düzenlemeler kapsamında bir değerlendirme yapılacaktır.
520			_aNowadays, blockchain related technological developments acquire more attention day by day. According to current developments, Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) have increased in popularity. NFT collections, which have the highest sales volume in the NFT market, are minted, mostly as 5 thousand to 200 thousand pieces. NFT collections have obtained the funds that they need from the sale of the pieces. On the other hand, crowdfunding, the first examples of which were in the 17th and 18th centuries, has become an alternative financing method that provides resources to millions of start-ups and projects. Similarly, NFT collections which are crowdfunded are thought to converge to crowdfunding in this respect. Absence of any academic study on NFTs and crowdfunding assessment means the thesis that it is thought that it will shed light on the further research to be done on the subject and the legal regulations to be made in line with the needs. In the first part of the thesis, the blockchain and cryptocurrencies, which constitute the technological infrastructure of NFTs, will be examined in a general framework. In the second part, NFTs and their types will be discussed in detail. In the third section, concepts and regulations regarding crowdfunding will be included. Consequently, crowdfunding types and NFT types will be compared and similar/convergent types will be analyzed, and an evaluation will be made within the scope of current regulations.
