520			_aBu tez çalışmasının temel amacı; şüpheli kadın ölümlerinde annelerin kayıp sonrası sürecindeki deneyimlerini ve başa çıkma süreçlerini derinlemesine anlamaktır. Bu hedefe ulaşmak için nitel bir çalışma yürütülmüştür. Çalışma örneklemini şüpheli bir şekilde hayatını kaybetmiş kadınların annesi olan beş katılımcı oluşturmaktadır. Anneler ile yarı-yapılandırılmış görüşmeler gerçekleştirilmiş ve elde edilen veriler fenomenolojik yaklaşım temelinde çözümlenmiştir. Analizler sonucunda annelerin deneyimleri iki üst tema altında toplanmıştır. Bunlar sırasıyla (1) kayıp sonrası deneyimler ve (2) kayıp sonrası başa çıkma deneyimleridir. Söz konusu temalar ilgili literatür ışığında tartışılmıştır.
520			_aIn the present study, it is aimed to examine mothers' experiences and coping processes in the post-loss period in suspicious female deaths. A qualitative study was conducted to achieve this aim. The study sample consists of the mothers of five women who died suspiciously. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with the mothers and the obtained data were analyzed on the basis of the phenomenological approach. As a result of the analyses, the experiences of the mothers were gathered under two main themes. These are (1) post-loss experiences and (2) post-loss coping experiences, respectively. These themes and the sub-themes they cover were discussed on the basis of relevant literature.
