| 520 | _aAOÇ'nin makroformu ve kent kültürü içindeki anlamını mekansal değişimi üzerinden ortaya koymak amacıyla bu tez, AOÇ'nin yönetim ve üretim ilişkilerinin değişiminin mekansal dönüşümüne etkisini okumaktadır. Bu bağlamda AOÇ'nin mekansal dönüşümünün deşifresi küresel tarih perspektifine dayanan coğrafi-tarihsel yaklaşımla ele alınmıştır. AOÇ'nin mekansal dönüşümünün 1925-2017 yılları arasında ele alındığı tezde tarihsel süreç dönemselleştirerek incelenmiştir. Bu dönemler hem küresel hem yerel bakış açısı ile belirlenen üç kırılma noktası ile ele alınmıştır. 1925-1950 yılları arasında AOÇ'nin bütüncül bir mekan olarak devletin modernleşme/devlet politikası ile yönetildiği döneme odaklanılmıştır. 1950-2006 yılları AOÇ'nin 5659 sayılı yasa gereğince bağımsız bir müdürlük olarak yönetildiği bir dönem olmuştur. 2006-2017 yılları arasındaki dönemi yerel yönetimin ve merkezi otoritenin etkisiyle oluşan farklı mekansal tercihler belirlemiştir. AOÇ'nin tezin kapsamı dahilinde ele alınan yüz yıllık dönem içerisine değerlendirilmesi ile 21. yüzyıldaki mekansal potansiyellerinin ortaya çıkması sağlanmıştır. AOÇ'nin kentin makroformuyla ilişkisi, yeni kamusal programlar ve kolektif hafızadaki yeri açısından ele alınmış, yönetim ve üretim yapısındaki değişimlerden elde edilen bulgular, kentle mekansal ilişkisinin makro (plan kararları), mikro (mimari program) ve mekansal anlamı açısından değerlendirilmesini sağlamıştır. Bu kavramsal çerçevede 21. yüzyıl için AOÇ'ye mekansal ve programatik bir vizyon önerilmiştir. | ||
| 520 | _aThis thesis examines the effect of administrative and productional relations of AFF on its spacial transformation to reveal AFF's meaning within the city and urban culture over the transformation itself. In this context, deciphering the meaning of urban spacial transformations is possible with a geographic-historical approach based upon global historical perspective. In the thesis, AFF's spacial transformation between 1925 and 2017 is studied periodically. These periods are discussed in three breakpoints which were determined from both a local and a global perspective. Between the years of 1925 and 1950, the focused on the period where AFF, as an integrative space, was managed as part of a modernization project and state policy. The time between 1950 and 2006 was a period where AFF was managed as a separate directorate in accordance with the law no. 5659. Between 2006 and 2017, spacial changes caused by the influence of local government and central authority identified the period. Analysis of AFF in a hundred-year period within the scope of the thesis uncovered its spacial potential in 21st century. Findings from the changes of managerial and productional structure of AFF provided insight to evaluate its spacial relationship with the city from macro (plan decisions), micro (architectural program) and spacial perspectives. In this conceptual framework, spacial potentials of AFF were fictionalized for the future. | ||
