Summary: In recent years, one of the most debated topics in Internatioanal Relations is rise of China.Especially, with its impressive economic performance, China is evaluated as a potential rival to the USA.This study evaluates China's hegemonic transformation by employing critial theory of Robert W.Cox. Taking production relations as its starting point, it probes the possiblity if China can manage to establish a new world order.
